Our well-equipped and cozy apartment will be the perfect escape from the sun in the summer. It can get hot out here in the valley! The unit stays nice and cool. Just in case, we do have central air throughout the house. Don't get caught in an above-grade place without a/c - trust us on this one!

There is ample opportunity for walking, biking, hiking, and fishing without having to turn on the car. Our property is located between Pigeon Creek and the Bow River - a truly picturesque location. Want to know about the secret river swing or the bonfire pit on the beach?? Just ask! There is a great park a few houses down the street for young families.

We have a private outdoor seating area and barbecue for your use. A campfire in our backyard can be arranged!

In winter, the in-floor heating will keep you toasty warm after a day of skiing, skating, show-shoeing, or one of the other many winter activities the Bow Valley has to offer. Our neighborhood offers a skating rink and cross-country ski tracks can often be found on the path behind our home.
